after a night of wonderful restless sleep you can get up and start your day by dressing in your uniform for volleyball
with the slight smell of sweat on the fabric from yesterday. After getting dressed you can go down to the complimentary breakfast where you may eat only to the specifications of the coach, aka "healthy."

After losing your game you may watch for the average of 2-3 hours a varsity volleyball game.

now that you are pumped up we shall escort you to a charter bus where you will spend the next 5-6 hours. what fun!
